Edit, edit, edit, edit, edit....

ARRRGGG!! Have you ever looked over a piece of your work so mahy times that you think there couldn't possibly be anything else wrong with it? Then when you look over it again, there is something wrong with it? I've edited Inception about five or six times, taking it apart and piecing it back together, having others looking it over as well. Then, when I decide to look over it once more, I find even more wrong with it.

I edited the book again myself, as well as got edits from a friend of mine who had been looking over it. There was so much that I'd overlooked; it didn't give me confidence in myself. I know it'd been a long time since I wrote the first book, but I couldn't believe everything I needed to rework. I definately know that I'll be looking over some other things if it gets rejected again. I just hope it doesn't.

Luckily it'll be off my mind for a little while. I won't be fretting over it every second of every day, which iss a huge relief. It took about eight straight hours to get it from paper to computer, and that doesn't count the actual editing process.

But it's done! I don't have to worry about it any more. Mr Second Agent can read it and take his time. Meanwhile, I will sit back and wait until all my queries are rejected, or so. I need a break from worrying about this publishing industry anyway. I need to go back to writing. Good ol' fashion writing.

Peace.
